I never have time to eat the most essential meal of the day, breakfast. I’m either just too lazy to make something or hate that I have to force myself to eat. Making “Overnight Oats” is the most easiest thing you do, no prep in the morning. Just make it the night before, leave it in the fridge, and bring it with you out the door!

Here is how you make it!

Ingredients:

Oats, greek yogurt (I personally like vanilla :D), cinnamon, almond milk (any milk that you prefer, I like to get the unsweetened king when I get soy/almond milk), & honey

You grab a mason jar or any kind of jar (or even just a tupperware of any kind, my mom likes to get these really cute and cheap jars with a handle at Daiso ^,^). Then put as much oats as much as you would like in the morning. Mix in 1/2 cup of almond milk and 2-3 scoops of greek yogurt. When mixing it together, it shouldn’t be liquidly. It should sort of feel kind of thick. If it is very liquidly, add more oats or more greek yogurt!

VIOLA! The oats have absorbed the milk and yogurt and you still get the oatmeal consistency without all the “mush.” You can add fruits in the morning or mix in a small spoonful of peanut butter (like I did!).
